The Senior Leadership Team consists of the Director of Services, the Human Resources Manager, the Logistics Manager, the PBS Manager, the Learning & Development Officer, and the Centre Manager and Coordinators. The SLT works together on a strategic and visionary level to set and reach the organisation’s goals.

Senior Management Team
The Senior Management Team consists of the Centre Coordinators, Senior Day Opportunities Workers and Day Opportunities Workers with Additional Responsibilities. The SMT works together to ensure smooth day to day running of the service. This includes coordinating activities and rotas, leading shifts, and completing admin tasks such as daily logs, or PBS work such as person-centred goals and outcomes.
